In this hour-long session, our Doctor of Physical Therapy (who also is a runner) will test an array of elements crucial to staying (or getting) healthy and performing well.

Testing may include mobility and flexibility, muscle strength, functional strength and movement patterns, and training talk.

You will leave this session with a good idea of what areas need focus and how to specifically do so.
