Physical Therapy Session

Service Description

Book with directly on website or via contact form/email/phone. -Individualized Rehab, Wellness, and Performance Physical Therapy services with a Doctor of Physical Therapy. -Evaluations and follow up treatments all one hour long. 1st time evaluations include a thorough history taking, then a series of movements, tests, and measures to help determine what may be causing your issue/pain/injury or holding back your performance. You will leave the first session knowing what is going on (in plain terms, not medical jargon), an estimated plan for how to address it, and a personalized home exercise program to speed up your progress at home. Manual therapy may be performed on the first day. -Follow up treatments include a more brief discussion about how things have been since the last session, rechecking relevant tests/measures, then (usually) more thorough manual therapy to loosen stiff/tight areas, alleviate pain, and get you moving better. HEPs are updated each session to ensure progression as appropriately as possible and you're not stuck with the same stuff that was challenging a month ago but is now easy. --Payment and Plans-- Please note; in order to provide our clients with the best possible care, we have chosen not to be in network with any insurance companies. Insurance companies often dictate PT in terms of allowed number of visits, length of visits, areas that may be worked on (sometimes this isn't even the correct area) and when a client is "appropriate for discharge". By being an out of network provider, we are able to provide hour long sessions, treat multiple body areas at once, and continue therapy with clients as long as they would like (including transitioning from Rehab to Performance or Wellness PT). This gets our clients better results as well as a better experience. Often, clients can submit their payments for reimbursement from their insurance, or to go toward a deductible or out of pocket max. Please contact us with questions. Cancelation Policy

To cancel or reschedule, please contact us 2 days in advance, so that we have time to alert others of the opening. No refunds will be given if for cancellations within 48 hours of session. Booking for classes available up to class time. Please contact us if you intend to book a one on one session within 24 hours. Thank you.
