Small group workshop for runners to improve their strength, balance, and mobility

These weekly limited-participant classes will help you build the foundation that helps decrease injury risk, increase performance, and outright make you feel better. Within an hour, our Doctors of Physical Therapy will take the group through a warm up, strength exercises, balance drills, and a mobility/stretching routine that will leave you feeling loose and ready to lace up. Classes will provide enough of a workout for a good strength stimulus, but not leave you wiped out, unable to train the next day, or sore for 3 days. It is meant to be accessible to all non-injured individuals with our experienced Doctors of Physical Therapy making appropriate modifications based on your ability. Classes may be attended for single purchase fee of $20 or a monthly membership fee of $60 for 1x/week. ***NOTE: When purchasing monthly membership, you still need to sign up for subsequent classes- but will not be charged when you do.*** Please dress ready for a workout, yoga/exercise mats provided.
To cancel or reschedule, please contact us 2 days in advance, so that we have time to alert others of the opening. No refunds will be given if for cancellations within 48 hours of session. Booking for classes available up to class time. Please contact us if you intend to book a one on one session within 24 hours. Thank you.
