Public accountability time- February 2022 resolution check in…
… keeping on track minus one week of strength training while I was out of state.
I think February is a common time for goals to start slipping. The initial excitement starts to wane, days are dark, rain is plentiful (at least here in the PNW), and sometimes one miss leads to another to another.
Meditating daily ✔️
Running 5-6x/week ✔️
Strength training 1-2x/week ✔️except during my week of travel.
Face washing ✔️
Intention goals....still doing ok so far.
Have not volunteered yet.
