A great team, facility, and experience. I went to Zenith to improve my running form and lower back strength, and I was able to accomplish this and so much more.

At Zenith, you not only get great treatment, you also get an academic understanding of your own body and how to improve it. I worked with Mike Robinson, and he thoroughly assessed my body's mechanics and diligently worked through all the different areas I wanted to improve.

His treatment and instruction empowered me to continue getting stronger and more agile at their gym and on my own time, and I'm walking away with a whole arsenal of new tools to become a better athlete.

Looking forward to future sessions with Mike down the road to check on progress and keep optimizing my running!

5/5 would definitely recommend Zenith

I had a great experience at Zenith! Mariel, Mike, and everyone else were incredibly helpful in getting me back to running after a bout of Achilles tendinitis. I felt like the workouts and feedback Mariel gave me were unique to my circumstances and the personal touch seemed to make the recovery go much more smoothly. 5/5 would definitely recommend Zenith Performance to anyone looking for a PT!

Mariel has helped me find my glutes!

Mariel has helped me find my glutes! I have had an existing right knew issue for a long time and before coming to Zenith and Mariel. Since the very first day I have been blown away by the professional help and knowledge! Great homework exercises and demonstrations for proper form has helped my knee feel normal again. Mariel is extremely personable and fun while still maintaining that professional material to hone in on issue areas. I will be recommending Zenith and especially Mariel, to anyone and everyone looking for a physical therapist!

PT helped me avoid surgery and rebuild safely

Mike was fantastic. I came in with a meniscal tear with no great surgical solutions. I hadn't run for several months and was worried that my running days might be behind me. But after 6 months or so, I've built back to being almost where I was before. There was no rush and no pressure on my rehab. Just a steady progression that pushed me forward.
