Do I need prior yoga experience?
No. Zenith Yoga is designed for all experience levels — including people who have never done yoga before. Sessions are fully personalized and guided, so you’ll never feel lost or out of place.
Is Zenith Yoga appropriate if I’m injured or in physical therapy?
Clients use 1:1 yoga to support recovery, improve mobility, or transition out of physical therapy. Sessions can be coordinated with your PT or strength program to ensure movements are safe and supportive.
How is this different from a group yoga class?
Zenith Yoga is completely individualized. You’ll work one-on-one with your provider for a full 60 minutes, focusing on your goals, limitations, and movement needs — without the distractions or pressure of a group setting.
What should I wear or bring?
Wear comfortable clothing that allows you to move freely. Yoga mats and any needed equipment are provided, but you’re welcome to bring your own mat if you prefer.
What does a typical session look like?
Each session is customized, but generally includes:
A brief check-in and goal setting
Breathwork and mobility work
A personalized yoga flow focused on strength, stability, and flexibility
Cool-down, restorative work, or relaxation
Guidance on next steps or at-home practices if helpful
Can yoga be combined with strength training or massage?
Absolutely. Many clients combine yoga with strength training, massage therapy, or physical therapy as part of a well-rounded movement and recovery plan. Our team works collaboratively under one roof.
Is small group yoga available?
Not at this time. Zenith Yoga is currently offered exclusively as a one-on-one service to ensure personalized attention and the highest quality experience.
