What kind of strength training does Zenith offer?
Zenith offers 1:1 Personal Training, Small Group Strength, Strength Classes, and Hybrid/Remote Training. All programs follow evidence-based strength progressions designed by certified coaches — tailored for beginners, returning athletes, runners, cyclists, and aging adults.
What’s the difference between Strength Classes and Small Group Training?
Strength Classes = coach-led group sessions with structured programming (best for general strength, runners, cyclists, adults 40+, and people wanting consistency).
Small Group Training = semi-private coaching (2–5 people) where your individual program is customized to your goals, sport, injury history, and schedule.
How do I know whether to choose Personal Training, Small Group, or Classes?
Choose Personal Training if you want 1:1 attention or have specific goals.
Choose Small Group if you want customized programming with a supportive group.
Choose Strength Classes if you want guided strength training and community without the individualized program.
Not sure? A one-hour personal trainig consult will point you to the best fit.
I’m not strong or “fit” yet. Will I be okay in a class or small group?
Absolutely. Every session is scalable, coached, and built around your ability today — not where you “should” be. You’ll learn proper technique, build confidence, and progress safely at your own pace.
What if I have an injury or chronic pain?
Our strength coaches work closely with our Doctors of Physical Therapy to modify movements and ensure you train safely.
If needed, we’ll also recommend a physical therapy evaluation to keep you progressing without setback.
I’m a runner/cyclist. Is strength training really necessary?
Yes — and our team specializes in it.
Strength training improves efficiency, power, injury resilience, and long-term durability.
We have tailored programs for runners, cyclists, and trail athletes built by PTs and expert strength coaches.
What if I’m over 50 or haven’t trained in years?
You’re in the right place.
Zenith specializes in helping adults 40–70+ build strength, mobility, and confidence safely.
Everything is scaled — no ego, no pressure.
Do I need experience with weights or barbells?
No experience needed.
We’ll teach you everything — from foundational movements to advanced progressions.
Your program builds week by week.
Can I combine strength training with PT or massage?
Absolutely — this is one of Zenith’s superpowers.
Clients often pair:
• PT → Strength
• Massage → Recovery → Strength Progressions
• Small Group + PT Check-ins
This ensures you build strength without re-injury and keep progressing year-round.
Do I have to sign a contract or membership?
No long-term contracts.
Zenith offers drop-ins, class packs, monthly memberships, and hybrid options — all designed to match your schedule and goals.
