Hiking is back on my calendar—maybe even running

I have been working with Mike since October. I can't say enough good things about him and my experience with Zenith. Mike helped me understand my situation with the issue I was having with my hip and some issues I may face down the road. Then we attract the issue with some targeted exercises and stretching. Mike is super encouraging and patient. He motivated me to be faithful to the things he was assigning me. All that has made a world of difference in how I was feeling when I first came it. I may still need a hip replacement sometime in a few years but for now hiking is still on my calendar and maybe even running.

Now my low back tolerates lifting again

Started coming here a couple months ago for low back pain. Injured my back during some Olympic lifting and none of the other stuff I had been trying had helped. Since coming here I'm seeing progress and able to lift more days than I used to be able to. My low back is tolerating load more and I'm able to start enjoying CrossFit again.

Jesse is amazing. I'm a runner enjoy it as a primary part of my fitness regimen and will occasionally suffer a foot, leg, or back issue. Jesse is my go-to for getting things back under control. He appreciates the fact that I like running and I'm not ready to hang up the shoes just yet.
