Pelvic Floor Integration & Function Therapeutics

Friday, April 17th at 4 PM
A 2.5-hour professional workshop for yoga teachers and movement practitioners

“A little yoga goes a long way.”

The pelvic floor is not an isolated system—it is deeply integrated with breath, posture, load management, and whole-body movement. This workshop offers a thoughtful, accessible exploration of pelvic floor function as it relates to movement quality, safety, and sustainability.

Designed for yoga teachers and movement professionals, this session blends science-informed education with practical observation and cueing strategies you can apply immediately—on and off the mat.

Workshop Overview

This in-person workshop explores how pelvic floor function influences—and is influenced by—the way we breathe, stand, move, and load the body.

Rather than focusing on isolated strengthening or corrective drills, the emphasis is on integration: how the pelvic floor works in coordination with the hips, spine, breath, and lower extremities during real-world movement.

The experience is grounded, respectful of individual bodies, and oriented toward clarity rather than complexity.
