This is not your typical healthcare admin role filled with paperwork and insurance frustrations. At Zenith, you'll be part of a growing team working alongside incredible coworkers and clients every day.

What You'll Do:

While some tasks involve client payment follow-ups, you’ll skip the hassle of insurance claims and focus on building connections with our happy, motivated clients.

 

Your responsibilities will include:

​

• Client communication: Build lasting relationships and help clients navigate their wellness journeys.

• Creative projects: Contribute to marketing, social media, blogs, and emails.

• Business growth: Foster referral partnerships, in-house programs, and new opportunities.

• Operations: Improve internal systems and ensure smooth day-to-day operations.

Who You Are:

While previous experience in a similar role or setting is helpful. We are hiring the right person, not background.
