I’m a high school runner who has done Zenith’s 12-week winter fitness program 2 years in a row and it is a game-changer for runners of all levels. Great recovery and strength training combo
I had a recovery session with Jesse, and it was awesome! He was professional, knowledgeable, and kind, and my legs and back appreciated the reset. I definitely plan to book a recovery session after every race. And it would be a great gift for other runners in my life!
UPDATE: I have been taking their group strength training classes too! They are awesome! Such a great workout!!!
