What to Expect During Your Two-Part Consultation:

Personalized conversation (10–15 minutes)

We learn about your injury and exercise history, goals, and training preferences.

 

Light introductory workout

Helps us assess movement patterns and determine your starting point.

 

Second session check-in

We revisit your performance, discuss post-workout feedback, and guide you through another light session.

 

Tailored workout plan

Your initial training program is designed specifically for your body and goals, and evolves as you do.

Your Journey Starts with a Two-Part Consultation:

Before jumping into group sessions, we take the time to understand your body, goals, and movement needs on our dime.

 

Session 1: Discovery & Movement Assessment

A 10–15 minute conversation about your injury/exercise history and goals, followed by a light workout to assess how you move.

 

Session 2: Follow-Up & Foundation Building

We check in on how your body responded and guide you through another light workout to refine your plan. From these two sessions, we create your customized starting plan, which evolves as you grow stronger.
