I'm a high school runner who has done Zenith's 12-week winter fitness program 2 years in a row and it is a game-changer for runners of all levels.

What Clients Are Saying About Our Performance PT

From weekend warriors to elite athletes, our clients trust Zenith for expert care and real results. Here is what they had to say about their experience with our Performance PT—tailored support that helped them move, train, and feel their best.

Game-Changing Knee Injury Rehab

I cannot recommend Zenith enough! Their space is extremely well equipped while simultaneously being intimate and energizing. All of the staff there are incredibly welcoming and kind as well. I worked most closely with Dr. Mariel Hammond for a knee injury and it was truly game changing. Not only was she able to help me better understand my injury, she also helped me gain so much confidence in what I could and should be doing to get back to full speed as an elite athlete. After seeing multiple PT's around town, I can honestly say that my time at Zenith was invaluable. I only wish I came here sooner!

Ultimate Strength & Conditioning

I've been going to the ultimate athlete at Zenith for a few years now, and it's still one of my favorites. It's a great mix of strength and conditioning, so you always get a solid full-body workout. Ropheka is a great coach too; super knowledgeable, gives helpful advice, and is great at adjusting exercises for different ability levels or to account for injuries. I'd highly recommend it!

Hybrid PT + Strength Training Journey

While at Zenith I have segued from a focused PT program to a hybrid PT/personal training program and into the Ultimate Athlete program. In each step of my recovery and maintenance, the guidance has been excellent. I have worked one on one, and in small groups with Ropheka, and have received knowledgable and focused attention in the process of rehabbing multiple subacute and chronic musculoskeletal injuries and deficiencies, with emphasis on optimizing form and technique. I am extremely happy with the progress I have made with her help in regards to my core strength, and mobility, in addition to joint and spine stability, and my ability to maintain a very active lifestyle confidently and without injuries.
