Small Group Yoga at Zenith is an ongoing practice designed for people who want consistency, guidance, and progression — without the chaos of large classes.
Sessions are intentionally kept small to ensure personal attention, thoughtful pacing, and a supportive environment. This allows us to coach movement quality, adapt to individual needs, and maintain a high standard of care within the group setting.

Participation in Small Group Yoga requires completion of Yoga Small Group Foundations.
This onboarding step ensures safety, fit, and coaching quality for everyone in the group. It allows us to understand how you move and confirm that the small group environment is the right next step.

Each session is guided and coached, with attention to both the group and the individual.

Group sizes are intentionally limited to support individualized coaching and a calm, focused atmosphere.
