At 83, I'm walking and active thanks to PT

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

Mike is the best! While gardening last summer I overextended some muscles resulting in an inability to walk. I could barely walk from one room to another in my home. I could not garden or swim laps weekly. Within six weeks Mike had me walking again. With regular bi-monthly appointments I continued improving as all the leg and hip muscles were being addressed. Now, I am on a monthly maintenance program.

I can walk as far as I would like, usually 1 1/2 to 2 miles several times per week interspersed with exercise sessions in the pool. I can do laps, but at this point I find specific pool exercises more helpful. I can use the gym equipment including free weights. And I have a lot of really good exercises from Mike to help me for the rest of my life be stronger and healthier.

Mike has given me all kinds of strengthening exercises to help my whole body be stronger. I am very grateful for his knowledge and careful treatment of my various physical challenges. At eighty-three years old I am looking forward to many more active years. :) Thank you, Mike.

I came with pain—but now I feel stronger

I came with some pain, but also a desire to improve my conditioning so I would be less likely to injure myself in the same way again. It worked.

Started PT for sciatica—skiing pain-free now

Mike is great. Before ski season started with Zenith to fix my sciatica (Back). Four straight days of skiing and no back pain or cramps.

Hiking is back on my calendar—maybe even running

I have been working with Mike since October. I can't say enough good things about him and my experience with Zenith. Mike helped me understand my situation with the issue I was having with my hip.
