Common Injuries We Treat After Car Accidents

Symptoms can show up right away or several days after a crash. At Zenith, we help people recover from common auto accident injuries including:

If you’re not sure whether your symptoms are related to the crash, that’s exactly what the first visit is for. We’ll help you understand what changed, document your symptoms clearly, and build a plan to get you moving with confidence again.

Auto Accident Symptoms Can Show Up Later

Not every injury is obvious right after a crash. Some people feel pain immediately, while others notice stiffness, headaches, dizziness, soreness, nerve symptoms, or movement sensitivity hours or days later.

At Zenith, we help people recover after:

  • Rear-end collisions

  • Side-impact accidents

  • Truck or rideshare accidents

  • Bike or pedestrian crashes involving a vehicle

  • Work-related driving accidents

  • “Minor” crashes that still caused pain or movement changes

Whether your paperwork says auto accident, car accident, or motor vehicle accident (MVA), the goal is the same: understand what changed, document your symptoms clearly, and help you return to work, driving, training, and daily life with confidence.

Our Approach to Motor Vehicle Accident Rehabilitation

1. Calm the System - Reduce pain, inflammation, and nervous system sensitivity.

2. Restore Confident Movement - Gentle mobility, posture, and coordination without flare-ups.

3. Rebuild Strength & Capacity - Progressive loading tailored to your symptoms and goals.

4. Return to Life & Sport - Work demands, training, and daily movement — not just "pain-free."

This is how Zenith differs from generic PT.

Oregon Personal Injury Protection (PIP) — Explained Simply

If you’ve been in a car accident, understanding your coverage should not add to your stress. Oregon PIP may help cover physical therapy after a crash when care is connected to the accident and medically necessary.

Most Oregon auto policies include at least $15,000 in PIP medical benefits for qualifying accident-related care. These benefits may apply regardless of who was at fault and can help cover physical therapy, medical visits, rehab, and other approved treatment. Oregon PIP medical benefits generally apply to reasonable and necessary care within two years of the injury.

At Zenith, we help you understand what information is needed, document your progress clearly, and support the rehab side of your claim so you can focus on getting better.
