I would recommend him to the cycling community

Really happy to provide a very strong review for Mike Robinson, DPT at Zenith Performance and Wellness. I am a fairly serious road cyclist, but also an older one! This means that I have had a variety of physical problems on the bike at times.

Over the last year I had some intermittent severe sit bone pain and at first I attributed it to either bike fit issues that come with a new bike or a saddle issue—or just aging. I tried a variety of fixes and was getting pretty discouraged as I trained for the Wolf Creek Century.

I had thought it might just be a physical issue (me, not the bike) and had been doing some PT and began working with Mike a bit more than a month before the Century. He did a thorough assessment and made clear recommendations for exercises.

This crash course to get ready for the ride was extremely helpful, and I was able to do the ride with a manageable level of discomfort and set a new personal best for the whole course.

I knew why it tore and how to prevent it

Jen is amazing! I came in with a torn meniscus and 6 months later I knew why it tore and how to prevent further injury. I'm even running again.

Zenith Performance is a crucial part of my overall wellbeing and I would highly recommend working with Jen! I'm so grateful to have found her — she is a highly experienced, knowledgeable and compassionate physical therapist! Jen is helping me recover from several lifelong imbalances and is working with me to improve my overall fitness. And, the office environment is professional with a fun vibe. Thanks Zenith!

I've never worked with PTs who get runners so well

I had two running goals for 2023: complete a marathon in less than 4.5 hours and run more than 1300 miles in total. I failed both (the first one I actually failed twice :)). Disappointing on some level for sure. But when I step back and take a look at the impact of those two unmet goals I find something that makes me very happy: the journey led me to set personal records at 6 distances, including my first ever trail run event, and for total mileage in 2023. Also, the two destination marathons were amazing experiences beyond the race day fun! I couldn't have done it without the running focused PT expertise of Jesse and Jenn at Zenith! I've never worked with PTs that understand runners so well.
