I came to Zenith PT for a long standing structural issue after completing long walks like the Camino Santiago (400+ miles) and a recent half-marathon. While we are just starting this journey, the progress has been substantial and I am very happy with Dr. Mike Robinson's approach. It is methodical and gradual. Their website makes it easy to remember the exercises, with the videos, and to keep on track. This is a beneficial partnership in which I am learning how to better take care of myself for sustained results. I highly recommend this group.
