December 20, 2024

I started working with Dr. Mike Robinson at Zenith in May when I was having issues with numbness in my hand due to compressed nerves starting in my neck and shoulder. I was training for an Ironman and a marathon at the time. Over the next ten sessions, he was not only able to provide relief from the pain, but helped me work through other issues that came up during training. Dr. Robinson was always kind, helpful, and friendly during our sessions, and I felt each appointment was tailored to my specific needs. Thanks to his expertise, I was able to return to training pain free and successfully finished my first Ironman and got a PR at my fourth marathon!

Tailored PT helped me prep for my half marathon

I had a great time working with Mike at Zenith Performance. I was training for a half marathon and do landscaping, so I was looking for support to help train and strengthen my body. I felt like Mike did a great job of listening to my needs and providing a tailored PT regimen that I still do regularly!

Ran a 24-hour race just 9 weeks after a neck injury

I originally started at Zenith (with Jesse) for a nerve injury in my neck/back that kept me from turning my head and certainly from running. With Jesse's help both in session and with an at-home program I was able to recover in time to run a 24 hour race only 9 weeks after my first appointment. I've continued to improve as a runner with regular sessions at Zenith over the past 18 months that have included gate analysis, strengthening programs, and injury consultation. If you have a nagging injury or want to simply improve your running go visit Jesse and the team at Zenith!
