Zenith helped me regain confidence after my car crash injuries. I often felt frustrated, dealt with a lot of pain, and disconnected from my body when trying to return to my exercise routine. Michael Duffy was fantastic. I'm happy to share that I've gone back to lifting heavy weights and no longer fear dumbbells. I now feel more in tune with my body than before the accident. Allie at the front desk is a delight. The environment is calm and gym-like. Everyone was friendly, which I appreciated.

What Clients Are Saying About Our PT

From weekend warriors to elite athletes, our clients trust Zenith for expert care and real results. Here is what they had to say about their experience with our PT—tailored support that helped them move, train, and feel their best.

They didn't just help me manage my pain, they gave me my life back

I came to Zenith with crippling back pain caused by lumbar arthritis, a weak core after a C-section, and a body that was completely out of shape. As a former athlete, I felt like I had run out of options. My only goal when I started was to avoid lumbar fusion surgery and get my back pain down to a tolerable level. What I got was so much more. After two years of consistent physical therapy with Mariel and regular massages with Jesse, my life has completely changed. Today, I race my gravel bike, lift weights, swim, work full time, and recently completed my first triathlon in 15 years—all completely pain-free. Thank you isn't enough, and five stars aren't enough. Mariel, Jesse and the team at Zenith are true experts in helping people overcome pain or injury and return to the activities and sports they love. They didn't just help me manage my pain—they gave me my life back. If you think no one can help you, think again. They can help.

Private yoga that ties perfectly with PT and massage

Sarah is terrific! I learned so much from her 1:1 yoga session, and have a new understanding of yoga in the small group sessions. And it ties perfectly with the PT and massage I love at Zenith

A clear plan to rehab a year-long shoulder injury

I went to see Mariel Hammond for a chronic shoulder injury I had been dealing with for about a year. I chose Mariel because I had done strength training with her in the past that I really enjoyed and I had full faith that she would commit to helping me rehabilitate my injury as she has done with several other people I know. Thanks to Mariel I now have a solid, well structured physical therapy outline for the future that will continue to help me be able to play the sport I enjoy and live more comfortably in my day to day life. My experience with Zenith was amazing and I definitely plan to stay in contact as I go off to school!
