🚴 Wednesday Class (Drop-In Format)
12-Week Program: $200 | Wednesdays at 6pm
Structured 10-week seasonal program. Easy drop-in format perfect for groups and training partners.
10-Class Punch Pass: $175 | Expires after 12 months
Single Drop-In: $20
💪 Small Group Training Membership
$240/month (2x per week) | Personalized scheduling

For cyclists wanting consistency and personalized attention. Structured training with individualized programming in a small group format (max 6 participants). Includes Movement Blueprint onboarding to ensure proper form and programming. Training adapts to your cycling season and goals.

Maximum 6 Participants
Small groups ensure individualized attention and coaching quality, whether you're in the Wednesday class or a Small Group membership.
Ride With Eugene Gears (GEARS)
We're proud to partner with **Greater Eugene Area Riders (GEARS)**, Eugene's premier cycling club, to bring strength training to the local cycling community.
GEARS offers weekly group rides for all levels:

Multiple pace groups: 10-12 mph, 12-14 mph, and 13-15 mph

Variety of routes: From scenic 24-mile rides to challenging 50-mile routes with elevation

Regular schedule: Rides throughout the week including Saturdays, Mondays, Tuesdays, Thursdays, and Fridays

Starting location: Most rides begin at Alton Baker Park

Organized and safe: Sign up through SignUp Genius, helmets required
