They helped me get back to the activities I love

I’m old and active enough that I’ve had a lot of PT over the years. The DPTs at Zenith are the best I’ve ever seen, and it’s not close. At a certain age one starts to worry that the answer to “it hurts when I do this” is “stop doing it,” but happily the folks at Zenith have the tools and expertise to craft a better strategy. They listened to my woeful tale of injury and hopes for rehab, and devised a treatment plan that helped me get back to the activities I love. In addition, my work with Dr. Randall gave me more awareness of the good mechanics I need to stay injury free. I’m so grateful for their excellent care and highly recommend them for all PT needs.

It’s a game-changer for runners of all levels

I’m a high school runner who has done Zenith’s 12-week winter fitness program 2 years in a row and it is a game-changer for runners of all levels. The program blends endurance, strength training, injury prevention and mobility into a one hour session. Each week you build progressively, with exercises tailored toward beginner and advanced runners. With personalized feedback and a supportive community, I gained many friends and efficient running mechanics. Highly recommended!
