Zenith Performance and Wellness was created and is operated by Jesse Klein, DPT, OCS, CSCS. He has experienced athletics, training, and rehabilitation from both sides of the injury and has vast experience working with people of all ages and athletic levels.

Jesse earned his Bachelor of Science in Exercise Science from the University of Wisconsin-Oshkosh; where he was a a 4-year letter earner, 2-year captain of the soccer team, a tutor, and was involved in multiple extracurricular committees and councils. He then earned his Doctorate of Physical Therapy from St. Catherine University; where he graduated with a 4.0 GPA. During his second year, he was one of four program Teaching Assistants and was selected by faculty to serve as the sole Program Tutor.

As a physical therapist, Jesse enjoys getting to know his clients beyond their primary complaint, and utilizing a combination of education, manual therapy, and exercises to help them recover. He enjoys working with people of all ages and abilities, but does especially enjoy working with those establishing or returning to a work out program, and those pursuing endurance sports. Jesse has extra training in the realms of wellness and can help with strategies to create a more well balanced life. In 2022, he became a Certified Barbell Rehab Method Therapist- focusing on helping those with pain continue to exercise and train through their issues.

Outside of work, he enjoys spending time with his wife, two cats (the cutest cats in the world, objectively), running, reading, and generally hanging out.

I had a recovery session with Jesse, and it was awesome! He was professional, knowledgeable, and kind, and my legs and back appreciated the reset.

What Clients Are Saying About Our Massage Therapy

From weekend warriors to elite athletes, our clients trust Zenith for expert care and real results. Here is what they had to say about their experience with our Massage Therapy—tailored support that helped them move, train, and feel their best.

Back on the trails feeling strong and healthy

I've been working with the team at Zenith Performance and Wellness for several years and have had a great experience. I originally came in with shin issues that were keeping me from the long-distance trail running I enjoy. They helped me understand the underlying causes, not just the symptoms, and got me back on the trails feeling strong and healthy. Since then, they've been a trusted resource whenever issues come up during training, providing practical advice, treatment, and education that keeps me moving. I've also taken advantage of their strength training classes, which have been excellent. Knowledgeable, friendly, and genuinely invested in their clients' success. Highly recommended.

Felt like I could finally breathe and move comfortably again

I had an incredible deep tissue massage experience and cannot recommend Jesse enough. I came in with severe tension and knots throughout my neck and shoulders, and by the end of the session I felt like I could finally breathe and move comfortably again. What really impressed me was how knowledgeable and intuitive they were with body alignment. They were able to work through tightness that was affecting my hips and SI joint, and for the first time in a long while, I left without that constant pain. My body felt more balanced, aligned, and relaxed instead of just temporarily loosened up. You can tell they genuinely understand anatomy and how everything in the body connects together. Professional, attentive, and incredibly effective. I already booked my next session.

Ultimate Strength & Conditioning

I've been going to the ultimate athlete at Zenith for a few years now, and it's still one of my favorites. It's a great mix of strength and conditioning, so you always get a solid full-body workout. Ropheka is a great coach too; super knowledgeable, gives helpful advice, and is great at adjusting exercises for different ability levels or to account for injuries. I'd highly recommend it!
