Yoga guidance provides the missing piece in my fitness routine

Lisa M

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

Sarah first discovered yoga and meditation in college, where she realized the practice was teaching her something she’d never really learned—how to truly relax. Yoga helped her settle her mind, focus more clearly, and move through the intensity of early adulthood with greater steadiness.

Traveling to Southern India later on deepened her practice and curiosity. After completing a month-long silent retreat, something shifted. The clarity and transformation she experienced there inspired her to share these practices with her community.

An athlete at heart, Sarah loves trail running, swimming, strength training, and yoga. She discovered that pairing mindful movement with daily meditation created a deep sense of grounding—especially during major life transitions.

Influenced by the teachings of Judith Hanson Lasater, PhD, physical therapist and yoga teacher, Sarah blends anatomy-informed wisdom with a restorative, down-to-earth style. She completed her 200-hour RYT with Mark Stevens and continues to study meditation, experiential anatomy, and mindful movement.

Sarah is known for her slower, intuitive coaching approach, non-judgmental presence, and ability to help clients develop body awareness, movement confidence, and a steadier inner landscape—whether someone is new to yoga, returning after injury, or navigating stress or life transitions.

While she has years of experience leading large group classes, Sarah is most inspired by individual coaching. Private sessions allow her to understand each person’s story, adapt in real time, and help clients connect with the heart of yoga and meditation: relaxed awareness, resilience, and steadier inner ground.

I am amazed at how attuned to my body Sarah is after just two 1:1 sessions. Her expertise, demeanor, and ability to communicate with such clarity makes this novice feel confident. An unexpected bonus are tips and drawings that she emails after each session. Coupled with PT and small group strength training at Zenith, this addition of Sarah's yoga guidance provides the missing piece in my fitness routine to remain healthy and active.

What Clients Are Saying About Our Yoga

From weekend warriors to elite athletes, our clients trust Zenith for expert care and real results. Here is what they had to say about their experience with our Yoga—tailored support that helped them move, train, and feel their best.

Back to Running My First Half-Marathon After IT Band Injury

Very grateful the university PT had no space because working with Zenith and Dr. Michael Duffy was not only extremely helpful as far as my running injury was concerned, but extremely fun! I actively looked forward each session to being welcomed by Allie at the front desk and updating Michael on my progress with the strength and stretching exercises he provided. He was super reassuring when it came to diagnosing my IT band pain and made sure I was comfortable with every aspect of the treatment plan (I did the 6 session plan plus the discounted Rockin' Runner PT Evaluation session)—and let me tell you, the treatment worked! Though my training had been interrupted by my injury, with the treatment I got with Zenith I am back and better than ever to run my first half-marathon! So excited, so grateful, and so happy to have supported this local business run by damn good people.

Back Pain Relief at 70

Micheal has limitless patience. Even when my pain level is out of control I'm 70 and stiff and sore every day and he has made my back pain bearable.

Ultimate Strength & Conditioning

I've been going to the ultimate athlete at Zenith for a few years now, and it's still one of my favorites. It's a great mix of strength and conditioning, so you always get a solid full-body workout. Ropheka is a great coach too; super knowledgeable, gives helpful advice, and is great at adjusting exercises for different ability levels or to account for injuries. I'd highly recommend it!
