Friday, April 17th at 4 PM
An in-person workshop for yoga teachers, movement professionals, rehab providers, and curious lifelong learners

Pelvic Floor, Fascial Slings & Nervous System Integration

Gain a clear, integrative understanding of pelvic floor function—beyond isolated cueing.

Join local pelvic floor physical therapist Chrissy Clark, DPT, and Sarah Finney, RYT 200, for an evening workshop exploring how the pelvic floor connects with fascia, breathing mechanics, posture, and nervous system regulation. This experience is designed to help participants better understand pelvic floor function in the context of whole-body movement, not as an isolated system.

You’ll leave with practical insight you can apply in yoga, rehab, strength training, and movement-based care.

Workshop Overview

The pelvic floor does not work alone. It responds to and influences how we breathe, stabilize, transfer load, organize posture, and move through daily life and exercise.

This workshop offers a practical, evidence-informed look at the relationship between the pelvic floor, fascial slings, and nervous system regulation. Rather than reducing pelvic health to isolated contractions or simplified cues, Chrissy and Sarah will guide participants through a more integrated model that reflects how the body actually functions.

Expect a grounded, accessible learning environment with concepts you can feel, observe, and begin using right away.
