That’s why we’ve made it easier than ever to stay connected to your care team and access your sessions, exercises, payment plans, and invoices using the Zenith Client Portal, powered by PtEverywhere.
Whether you're a new physical therapy client, massage regular, or one of our performance athletes, this guide walks you through getting started and using the portal — 24/7 and on the go.

Step 1: Log In or Create Your Account
After your first appointment is scheduled, you’ll receive a welcome email from PT Everywhere. This email contains your temporary password, you can call our office if you need to request a new one.
Follow the link to:
Set up your username and password

Click need help logging in or call our office to send you a temporary password.
Step 2: Download App
Manage your care anywhere with the PT Everywhere mobile app:
iOS – App Store
Android – Google Play
Use the app to view your schedule, check off exercises (talk with your provider), securely message your therapist or coach, and access superbills and receipts — all from your phone.
