The Runner's Strength & Mobility class at Zenith is your bet option for consistent training to keep you flying.

Designed for trail and road runners looking to boost durability, improve form, and reduce injury risk. This class blends strength training with mobility work—all under the guidance of DPTs.

Zenith Ultimate Athlete

🕡 Monday & Wednesday 6:30 AM

Zenith's Ultimate Athlete class is great for athletes, weekend warriors, or those wanting to stay strong and thriving.

A total-body, performance-focused strength circuit class. Expect high energy, athletic movement, and advanced progression.
